Hip new hotel with excellent staff. Stocked & reasonably large room, a couch and a writing desk in there. Absolutely perfect and wonderful location to the main highway. A huge variety of food at the free and great breakfast. Wonderful overall experience.

I liked my stay and had a nice experience at this hotel. The property was nicely appointed and quiet. Everything was perfect, from the nicely furnished room with a microwave and refrigerator to the helpful staff who gave me recommendations. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the main highway, Cumberland Gap, and nearby state parks. It was also convenient being only a 5-minute drive to Middlesboro Mall.

The location of this place was really cozy and just right, nestled on the side of a mountain. It felt safe and secure 🏞️. Plus, it's a mere mile away from the shopping spot at the mall.

The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional, with the scrambled eggs being my personal favorite. The clean and well-stocked breakfast area made it a pleasure to start each day. The comfortable bed, fresh sheets, and abundance of towels and washcloths added to our overall satisfaction. The check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. I must also mention the kind and friendly nature of all the staff members who made us feel welcome. With no complaints whatsoever, we would gladly stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express for an outstanding experience.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Middlesboro! The value for my money was exceptional, with a modern and clean room that exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location was convenient, with easy access to the area.
